Between the appointments, the lists, the plans, the dietary and physical restrictions, and everything that comes with preparing for a baby, there can be very little space to simply feel this moment.
To put your hands on your belly.
To breathe.
To listen inward.
To acknowledge the woman you have been — and the woman you are becoming.
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.
You may simply know that you want to slow down and be held.
What is a Mother Blessing?
Unlike a baby shower, the focus isn't on what the baby needs.
It is on the woman carrying the baby.
A small circle of women comes together to surround you with love, presence and support as you approach this new chapter.
Through simple, meaningful rituals, flowers, sound, touch, sharing and moments of stillness, we create space to celebrate you, connect with your baby and honor this transition.

About your guide
I'm a guide in personal and spiritual exploration, and I hold intimate spaces for women to slow down, connect and listen inward.
My work brings together different practices—including sound, ritual, symbolic exploration and spiritual tools—but at the heart of everything I do is the same intention:
creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself and what feels true for you.

I hold the ceremony with warmth and intention, guiding each moment while leaving space for you to experience it in your own way.
